The Best Side Effect Free Weight Loss Pills

August 10th, 2010

The best weight loss pills are defined in many different ways. Some define the best weight loss pills for men as those that have testosterone boosters and fat burners in one. Others define the best weight loss pills for women as those with ingredients like soy. And some define the best weight loss pills as those that will work for everyone! Some find possible side effects acceptable, and others will not budge on that particular factor. Either way, the best weight loss pills can be hard to come by if you are not looking in the right places.

I for one, am not willing to accept nasty side effects with the best weight loss pills. I don’t find that you need to take that risk, especially with the best options. There are numerous weight loss ingredients that can help you to achieve better results. And with these ingredients, you are better able to see results in fat burning, muscle building, appetite suppression, and more for either sex. When it comes right down to it, you will find that the best weight loss pills are completely side effect free!

You can find proven ingredients such as green tea, which are seen in just about every weight loss pill. But there are other weight loss pills that have ingredients such as Razberi-k and thermodiamine, which are patented ingredients that can produce even better results without the side effects or common issues. And when you use these ingredients, common or not, you are going to get clinically proven results with the right amounts of course. But the important part is to get results without the problems and without other common issues.

Hair in the drain

September 15th, 2009

My husband is a young man, twenty two years old to be exact. He has a whole thick head of hair, no sign of balding at all. But that dosn’t st op him from being worried that he is losing his hair. The other day I was cleaning out the bathtub and found a giant wad of hair in the drain ( gross I know). My husband happened to walk in while I was in the processes of disposing of said hairball. He freaked out. He as certain this massive ball of gross, had fallen from his head. I tried to assure him that their was no way that all that hair was his. A majority of it was probably mine. This is hard to prove because our hair is relatively the same color.

So my wonderful husband was bound and detir to find out for certain whose hair had been finding its end in a shower drain. The only way he decided he could know for sure was to untangle the mass of hair and see if it was mostly long or short. Can you say YUCK!! I did not stay and watch the disection. But a few minutes later hey emerged from the bathroom, gleaming. It was in fact my hair the was clogging up the drain. Now I am paranoid that I am going bald.

Stress the great hair killer

September 11th, 2009

No one is really sure why, but a huge contributing factor to many people’s hair loss is stress. In fact people have been known to lose all their hair from stress alone. So why should we understand this. Well to lower our stress level of course. Stress is not good for us for a number of reasons, not just hair loss. So you might begin your journey of de-stressing purely for cosmetic reasons, but in the end you may notice some great rewards in other parts of your life. I have a highly stressful life, I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks from the stress that I often do not manage properly. Sometimes when my stress is out of control I notice it in the shower. Literally handfuls of hair will come out while I am showering. This is not a good thing. I think if I lost most of my hair my stress and anxiety would just get worse, bringing the problem full circle. So what do I do to combat the stress? I breathe, I know it sound simple and silly. But it is amazing how much better you will feel if every time you notice the stress building, stop and take a deep breath. it will clear your mind, slow your racing heart and calm your breathing. Just the simple act of deep breathing  can bring everything back into focus.

Hair Loss Myths

September 1st, 2009

Hair loss is a big deal, both to men and women. So it makes sense that their are a lot of rumors and myths circulating about what to do and what not to do to keep it from falling out and how to get it back. Here are some things to think about.

Cutting your hair does NOT make it grow in thicker. This is purely urban legend, your hair is dead. You can style your hair to make it look fuller or hide bald spots. But nothing you physically do to your hair, shaving, cutting, plucking or waxing will make it grow back thicker.

Seeing hair left on your pillow or in the shower drain, does not mean you are going bald. Your hair grows in cycles, about 90 percent of your hair is always in a growing phase of its cycle. But at some point in that cycle your hair WILL fall out, this is completely normal. The average man loses about 30,000 hairs a year. Most men have lost about 10,000 hairs before the realise that they are in fact balding.  So don’t freak out about the stray hair, here and there. If you start to notice more than normal, or your hair is visibly thinning, you might consider talking to your doctor.

Many people think that when they go bald, their hair folicules have stopped working or have died. This is not the case, they simple stop growing the long thick hair that we are accustomed to seeing to and grow short soft hair instead
